Refund Policy
To ensure a smooth and efficient return and exchange process, please adhere to the following terms:
Order Cancellation
To cancel your order, please contact us before it ships: contact@rcb-scooter.com. We typically process orders within one day, but if your order has not yet shipped, we will process your cancellation request within 24 hours. Submitting a cancellation request before shipment does not guarantee success. You will receive a confirmation email upon successful cancellation.
Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for your order to arrive and contact us within 30 days of receipt to obtain a return label. Refusing a shipped order or failing to follow the return process may result in the item being lost in transit or rejected by the warehouse for not being registered, thus preventing you from receiving a refund or exchange.
Returns
Customers can submit a return request within 30 days of purchase via contact@rcb-scooter.com. Return requests submitted after 30 days will not be accepted.
The seller will cover 100% of the return shipping costs due to product defects.
For returns not due to quality issues, such as dislike of the product, the seller and customer each bear 50% of the shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product's original price, typically 10%, with the seller paying 5% and the customer only 5%. For example, for a product with a price of €500, the customer only needs to pay €25 for shipping.
Packaging Damage:
Damaged outer packaging does not necessarily indicate a defect in the product itself. Due to the uncertainties and unpredictability of transportation, we cannot guarantee the integrity of the packaging. We advise customers to file a claim with the carrier immediately upon discovering any packaging damage.
Refund Processing:
Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days of receiving your returned item. You will receive a confirmation email upon processing. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-15 days and automatically returned to your credit card or original payment method, depending on the issuing bank's processing speed.
Quality Issues
1. Within 30 days of successful payment:
Customers are entitled to a full refund, with no return shipping or handling fees. Alternatively, customers can exchange for a different RCB model bicycle free of charge. To process your refund, please provide photos and videos of the quality issue for verification. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days of receipt and inspection. Customer service will keep you updated on the return process.
2. More than 30 days after successful payment:
We will provide warranty service according to our warranty policy.
Note: For minor defects that do not affect riding safety, such as peeling stickers or minor paint scratches, buyers can contact our customer service team to apply for compensation. If the bicycle is not returned, our team will determine the refund amount based on the specific circumstances.
Customers must obtain prior authorization from RCB before returning the product. We recommend returning the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging cannot be used, please use sturdy packaging to prevent damage during transportation. RCB is not responsible for damage caused by improper packaging.
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
Some items are non-returnable or non-refundable except in special circumstances such as damage or malfunction covered by the warranty. Returns of such items require company approval. Non-refundable items include, but are not limited to:
Items from unauthorized dealers or individuals.
Items damaged by human error.
Gift cards.
Insurance.
Non-physical items.
Authorization:
We will not cover shipping costs for items returned without our verification.
To request a return, please email contact@rcb-scooter.com with photos and/or videos of the item and your order number. Our customer service team will review your return request within 3 business days.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return address and shipping instructions.
Please use a trackable shipping method that requires a signature to avoid loss.
Please pack the item carefully and return it to us to prevent damage.
Refund or Exchange
After receiving your returned/exchanged item, we will inspect it within 5-15 days.
We will replace the item or issue a refund. The refund will be issued within 5 business days after the item has been inspected. Our customer service team will contact you promptly to update you on the return's progress. You will also receive a refund notification email.
Scope of Application
This return policy applies only to items purchased directly from the RCB official website (cb-scooter.com). Items purchased through other channels (such as Amazon or offline retailers) are subject to their respective warranty policies.
